Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing mankind. Climate laws, energy laws, and human rights framework are key instruments for coping with this challenge. The Global South is disproportionally affected by the global implications which should be reflected in the designed measurements.

The Tanzanian-German Centre for Eastern African Legal Studies (TGCL) and the Heidelberg Center Latin America (HCLA) hold the Chilean-German-Tanzanian Legal Talk.
